How rare is your rank?
Why trackers disagree so much on Apex
Apex trackers count different populations. A census of every account with ranked points includes casual and inactive accounts, which stay in the lower tiers, while a sample of players who look themselves up on a stats site leans heavily towards Platinum and Diamond. We use the largest count and name it, so the table answers how every account with ranked points is spread.
Master and Apex Predator
Master is a points threshold, and Apex Predator is the top of the Master leaderboard on each platform. Predator is a fixed number of slots, so it stays tiny however many players reach Master.
Where these numbers come from
Respawn has not published a rank distribution for recent seasons. We use ApexRanked's Season 30 Split 2 census of 18.5 million platform accounts with ranked points across PC, PlayStation and Xbox, observed in late October 2026. It counts accounts, not people, and includes inactive accounts. A smaller tracker sample of about 3.2 million known ranked players sits noticeably higher on the ladder, which is the difference between the two populations. Season 32 is planned to add Iron, Emerald and Grandmaster, and the page will move to the new ladder once data for it exists.
