Service Workflow
🗨️ Discord Coordination → 🚀 Summoned to Raid → 🛡️ Passive or Active → 🎖️ Boss Defeated
- Submit your character name and realm following checkout to initiate your Discord connection with the RL;
- Be ready at the scheduled time to receive your invite and summon directly to the boss encounter;
- Follow the RL's positioning instructions—either die at the start for a carry or participate as you prefer;
- Once the boss is down, revive and collect your rewards from the corpse to finalize the run.

- Group Loot — 1–2 items per raid on average, distributed by roll. Optimal for filling your Great Vault weekly.
- Full Priority — every item matching your spec and class is yours. Guaranteed. No rolls, no sharing, no waiting.
- Unsaved Group Loot — unsaved characters join the raid, increasing drops to 2–3 items per raid. Loot is still decided by roll, but your chances improve significantly.
- Armor & Token Priority — all armor pieces and tier tokens for your class are granted to you directly — no rolls. Shared slots (necks, rings, trinkets, cloaks, weapons) remain subject to rolls.
