For every PMC, a Tarkov Laboratory raid represents the ultimate aspiration and the top prize within Tarkov. Farming this area alone is exceptionally challenging due to several factors:

• The map is populated by numerous well-armed Scav Raiders;
• To compete with your opponents, you must bring high-end and costly gear;
• Accessing this map requires a TerraGroup Labs access key card, which carries a high price;
• Most significantly, Laboratory serves as the primary hub for aggressive PvP!
• Unlocking the most lucrative zones requires an array of very expensive cards and keys;
• Insurance does not function here, meaning any death results in the total loss of your equipment;

The Lab is an underground laboratory complex situated beneath the heart of Tarkov. This research facility is officially non-existent, and fragmentary records suggest it conducts R&D, testing, and simulation initiatives involving physics, biology, chemistry, and high-tech sectors. While you will encounter many scavs raiders, other players present the primary threat. Since insurance is unavailable in Lab, you cannot recover any loot acquired or brought into the raid.

The typical duration for a Laboratory raid is 35 minutes.

The most valuable loot in the raid is located within the Security Office rooms and their associated locked areas. If you are seeking high-quality gear, these specific locations should be your primary destination.

The laboratory map consists of multiple floors containing numerous rooms. You should locate a map and familiarize yourself with the layout prior to starting the raid to improve your exploration capabilities.
