How armor stats work in destiny 2

Your total armor stats are divided across six distinct categories. Upon an armor drop, the game partitions these stats into two separate pools:

• Stat Pool One: Mobility, Resilience, Recovery;
• Stat Pool Two: Discipline, Intellect, Strength;

The system divides your total stat value in half, allocating those points between the two pools. For instance, if your armor possesses a 60 stat total, 30 points are assigned to Mobility, Resilience, and Recovery, while the other 30 points are distributed between Discipline, Intellect, and Strength.
