The Hold My Rank feature operates within these specific parameters, based on the rank being acquired:
- For rank purchases up to Crimson, the Hold my Rank service covers a drop of 2 ranks from the final boost result (for instance, Crimson 3 → Crimson 1 or Diamond 2 → Platinum 3); if the rank falls beyond 2 tiers, the service is not applicable;
- For Crimson rank and higher, the service applies to a drop of 1000 SR (for example, if your rank has decreased by less than 1000 SR following the boost, we will restore it).
This service remains valid for a single season/split and must be utilized within the same season the boost was purchased.
The Hold My Rank service is subject to time constraints tied to the boost's ETA. Consequently, it is vital to account for the time needed to restore the rank (for example, if the ETA is 1 day, but the season concludes in 2 hours, the option cannot be applied).
